Privacy Notice

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026

1. Who we are

Aetheria Partners AB ("Aetheria", "we", "us") is the controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in Sweden under org nr 559528-3291.

Questions about this notice or about how we handle your data go to contact@aetheriapartners.com.

2. This site sets no cookies

We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing follows you across sites. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and requested URL, for security and to keep the service running.

3. What we collect, and when

The only place this site asks for personal data is the "Reach out" form. That form does not send anything to us on its own. It opens a prefilled message in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. If you discard it, we never see it.

If you do send it, we receive:

  • your first and last name;
  • your organisation and job title;
  • your work email address;
  • the context you select (why you are reaching out, your sector, where your data has to stay); and
  • whatever you write in the free text field.

Please do not put confidential, classified, or special category data into that field. A first email is not the place for it, and we will tell you the same thing if you do.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send to answer you, to work out whether there is a fit, and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are:

  • Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and
  • Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us once.

5. Who else sees it

Our email and business software providers process it on our instructions, under written agreements. Our professional advisers see it where relevant. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Where a commercial relationship follows, we keep records for as long as that relationship lasts and for the periods Swedish accounting and contractual law require afterwards.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@aetheriapartners.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskydds myndigheten, IMY), imy.se. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

8. Customer data is a separate matter

This notice covers the website only. Personal data processed inside systems we build or operate for a customer is governed by the data processing agreement in that customer contract, not by this page.

9. Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged here.
